Tubal believes in the right of all human beings acquiring a career that provides their basic human needs. It exists to help those who want to help themselves entry-level job skills. Tubal prepares and develops correct attitudes, technical and life skills required to obtain and retain gainful employment, and maintain community economic progress and stability.

Tubal Trade and Vocational Institute was Established in Ladyville, Belize District in 2001 by Mr. Lyndon and Mrs. Lavern Bailey. Mr Lyndon Bailey, a Building Contractor by profession along with his wife Lavern, took it upon themselves to assist at-risk youths by providing this outlet for many who had no other alternative.

Since its inception, TTVI has graduated more than five hundred students many of whom are now gainfully employed or are operating their own business.
